NOTICE ON PERSONAL DATA PROCESSING
In compliance with the General Data Protection Regulation (Regulation (EU) 2016/679 – GDPR) and the Law on Personal Data Protection (“Official Gazette of RS”, no. 87/2018) (hereinafter referred to as the Law), we hereby notify you of the following details regarding the processing carried out by members of the TPA Group, specifically: TPA Taxes and Accounting LLC, Belgrade-Stari Grad, no 30 Makedonska Street, registration number: 21019445; TPA IT Solutions LLC, Belgrade-Stari Grad, no 30/3 Makedonska Street, registration number: 21295876; and TPA Audit LLC, Belgrade, no 30 Makedonska Street, registration number: 20738227 (hereinafter referred to as the TPA Group), for the purposes of the website (hereinafter referred to as TPA/Data Controller) relating to the personal data of individuals (hereinafter referred to as the Data Subject).

The members of the TPA Group: TPA Taxes and Accounting LLC, Belgrade-Stari Grad, no 30 Makedonska Street, company registration number: 21019445; TPA IT Solutions LLC, Belgrade-Stari Grad, no 30/3 Makedonska Street, company registration number: 21295876; and TPA Audit LLC, Belgrade, no 30 Makedonska Street, company registration number: 20738227, are companies established and operating under the laws of the Republic of Serbia. The Data Controller is the owner of the website (www.tpa-group.rs).

There are no recipients of personal data.
The TPA Group does not sell, give away, or lease personal data.
Your personal data is collected and utilized exclusively by TPA Taxes and Accounting LLC, TPA Audit, and TPA IT Solutions within our organization.
Data Retention Period
Your personal data will be retained and processed in the databases of the TPA Group for as long as necessary to fulfil the purposes of the processing. You also have the right and ability to withdraw your consent for data processing at any time.
- Rights of Data Subjects Regarding Personal Data Processing

The individual to whom the data pertains has the right to submit a complaint to the relevant authority (Commissioner for Information of Public Importance and Personal Data Protection, no 15 Bulevar Kralja Aleksandra, 11000 Belgrade, Republic of Serbia, www.poverenik.rs, or any other competent authority) concerning the processing of their personal data.
