TPA Serbia participated in an ESG event in Niš at the Science and Technology Park to expand activities and promote green transformation. Business Intelligence Institute organised the event in partnership with STP Niš, Local Economic Development Office Niš, Tridonic and Zumtobel Group, Benetton, Renomia, and Procredit.
Why ESG strategy and actions are “must-have” and not just “nice-to-have” was the topic of the Second panel featuring Bojan Žepinić, Managing Partner at TPA Serbia, Aleksandra Raca, Belgrade Office and International Business Director at Renomia Serbia, and Dragana Ristić, Head of HR at Zumtobel Group Serbia.
ESG is gaining in significance concerning company competitiveness, supply chain management, credit acquisition, and legal compliance. This underscores the value of the panel discussion led by Ivanka Novaković. The panel discussed the most practical challenges, primary objectives of ESG strategies, significant dilemmas encountered by CEOs in this realm, the social outlook, community backing, and numerous other issues in this dynamic and current field.
