Profile / Requirements
- University degree in Finance
- Preferred: CFA or ACCA certification
- 5 years of experience, preferably in consulting firms, financial institutions or boutique M&A firms
- Understanding of local M&A market
- Strong technical proficiency in financial analysis, valuation, financial modelling, due diligence, and report writing
- Strong leadership and project management skills, capable of guiding teams
- Solid organizational skills, confidence in social interactions and ability to build up professional relations in local market and internationally
Job description
- Carry out financial due diligence for M&A, supporting negotiations, structuring transactions, and drafting relevant documents
- Ensure top quality outputs and timely execution of M&A and other advisory projects
- Preparing proposals, Engagement letters, identifying client opportunities, and participating in proposal processes
- Development and implementation of marketing activities within the service line
- Training and mentorship of junior team members
